• Grant of License: When you purchase a training, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use by one (1) individual.

• Account Security: Your access to the training platform (Articulate Reach 360) and private groups is for your use only. You may not share your login credentials with others.

• Restrictions: You may not share, resell, distribute, or sub-license these materials. For example, you cannot download a template or checklist and email it to your entire team. (Please contact us for team licensing options).

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our products—which include software templates, documents, and instant access to the Articulate Reach 360 training platform—all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review all course descriptions and software requirements carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact support@oxsenlearning.com for assistance.

Private Groups & Community Standards

Your purchase may include access to private groups or community forums. We reserve the right to remove any user from these groups at our sole discretion if they engage in harassment, hate speech, or unprofessional conduct. Removal from a private group due to conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.
